The following Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which INDILAMP (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") accepts returns or refunds for products purchased from indilamp.in (the "Site"). By making a purchase from the Site, you ("you" or "your") agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
Return & Warranty Policy
At INDILAMP, we take pride in offering premium motorcycle accessories built for toughness and reliability. Every product comes with a warranty – the longest in the industry – as a promise of our quality.
Eligible Returns:
- The product has a manufacturing defect when received.
- The product is damaged in transit before it reaches you (we take full responsibility until delivery).
Ineligible Returns:
- If you change your mind, don’t like the product, or no longer need it.
- Any accidental damage or issues caused by mishandling after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear.
How to Raise a Return/Replacement Request?
- Write to us at support@indilamp.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Share clear pictures and videos of the issue for verification.
- Ship the product back to us – return courier charges are borne by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, if a defect is confirmed, we will ship a brand-new replacement at our cost.
- Exchange or replacement of the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days on defect confirmation. The customer will be notified about the same via E-mail / WhatsApp / SMS.
Warranty Coverage
- All INDILAMP products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper installation, or modifications.
Terms of Refund
At INDILAMP, our priority is to ensure you receive high-quality products backed with reliable warranty support.
- A refund is applicable only if the product is under warranty and we are unable to provide a replacement product for the defective unit.
- If a replacement product is available, we will always offer a replacement instead of a refund.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Accidental damage or issues not covered under warranty are not eligible for refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
